Data Storage

The app stores business data locally on the user's device. This includes:

• Customer details
• Project details
• Estimates and change orders
• Line items and totals
• Photos and signatures
• Generated PDFs
• Backup archives
• App settings such as currency, paper size, and document numbering

If the user exports a backup, it is saved as a ZIP file that the user controls. Backups can be stored in files, cloud drives, or shared through other apps chosen by the user.

Media Usage

Photos and signatures are stored locally on the device and are only used for generating PDF documents and document records.

Permissions

• Camera: used only to capture project photos.
• Photo library: used only to attach existing photos to documents.
• Storage / files access: used only to save PDFs and backups the user chooses to export.

Sharing

When you share a PDF or backup, it is handled by the app or service you choose. We do not control how that third-party app stores or processes the file.
